With ten years practice in martial arts, Serena realized that she needed something to harmonize her body. She started her first yoga practice in 2007, and since then she noticed the change in her body.
Yoga made her aware that a calm mind and a calm breath will lead her to a deeper practice. Yoga has improved her health and continues to change her life. She loves to share that joy and happiness with everyone around her.
Inspired by her teachers Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy, she decided to take her teacher training at Downward Dog Ashtanga Yoga Centre.
Serena is currently teaching at Hot Yoga Wellness different locations and also assisting her teacher Ron Reid at Downward Dog Ashtanga Yoga Centre.
